How to open internet explorer from Ms paint ???

Sometimes you are unable to open the internet explorer due to virus attack/corrupt file on your computer so use the following technique to open the internet explorer from Ms-paint and it goes like this

•          Open paint first.
•          Go to Help tab and select Help topics

•          Then dialog box will appear and right click above

•          Again a dialog box will appear and select Jump to url and write the required web address  to be opened.
